Transforming AAA from a transactional- to a relationship-based business model.
- AAA realized that their existing branch facilities were tired, outdated and poorly structured to meet the demands of members. What they valued most--member relationships -- had lost its emphasis over the years.
Completed while a Senior Project Interior Designer at Gensler, my team and I undertook a complete functional analysis of their business model. With a focus on retail strategy we began AAA's transformation.
