Inspired by the incredible Texas BBQ I have experienced in Austin; I decided to create a kit that I would love to receive. This kit is a party starter kit, that includes: invitations, RSVP cards, coasters, recipe cards, dry rub, and BBQ sauce--all the starting elements of a great summer barbecue. With this project, I wanted to capture the grittiness of barbecue by implementing distressed textures throughout each piece. I used a limited color palette and self-created patterns to further create consistency and interest throughout the kit. Read Less
