Built completely out of folding board, the squeeze box concept
developed for Auberge du Soleil Napa Valley is 100% recyclable. The
hand-made truffles are well protected by the internal divider which
moves with the box and allows for optimal product display.
My first thought was, it seems cool from an experiential
perspective--you press the "accordion" down and the truffles basically
present--but wasteful from a materials perspective due to all of the
extra paper folds. But as Mattos points out the stuff is 100%
recycleable, so we can get behind it with a clear conscience.
