Responsible for the visual concept of the 2013 tasting menu, I suggested that we work with Peruvian artists for the presentation, tableware, photographs, video and music. My hope was that the customers would take away more than just a knowledge of modern Peruvian cuisine, but also be exposed to its culture, art and emerging talent.

The menu was based around the evolution and history of its food and its produce in Peru.

I visually created the effect of time in the booklet - which I designed, by using accordian binding for each chapter which told stories through poetry, text and photographs.

For the course I designed a "timeline" which was inserted in the booklet.

I co-directed the video in collaboration with Eduardo Delgado and Neil Gayoso.

Un libreto incluyendo un "timeline fold-out" para dar la sensación en una forma visual de historía que fue el tema del menú degustación.
