Homunculus
The initial spec called for a design showing only 28 joints. Four mutually exclusive node states were requested with specific colors to indicate normal joints (gray), swollen joints (yellow), tender joints (red), and tender+swollen joints (orange). Finally an "X" over a joint indicates joint replacement.
An alternate mockup with 52 joints. I should mention that the backgrounds, and joints were exported separately as PNGs per request of the developer.
