The Star Vista
A mock exhibition on the architectures in Singapore, I was inspired by the newly built Star Vista which was deigned by Andrew Bromberg from Aedas.
No matter how I looked at it, its exterior just reminds me of a spaceship, which in fact, suits it because it is the 1st naturally cooled mall in Singapore that is also a merge between arts and retail centre.
That is why I decided to use prouns for the poster to depict space travelling at light speed using only the polygon shapes of the building that I can draw out.
For the handout, it is actually a template of a paper plane that is being fold at various stages. Well, you need a vehicle for space travel and the handout works well with it acting as a vehicle to bring you into the building.
