Architectural design competition was held by the Mersin Chamber of Commerce and Industry for a new office building and a trade center. In such a hot climate, the main goal of design was to create shaded and naturally ventilated courtyard which is open for public and surrounded by offices, conference hall and gastronomic facilities.
