- ArcelorMittal, one of the world’s biggest steel companies, commissioned Bladonmore to write and film a practical guide to internal communications.
With 500 senior managers in the company, the Internal Communications Toolkit is intended to act as a reference guide to encourage leaders to communicate more frequently and more effectively with their teams.
The guide is a mix of best practice from the world of internal communications, case studies from ArcelorMittal and practical tips. The challenge in designing the guide was in fitting together a lot of different kinds of text, and a lot of words – despite the initial brief being for the toolkit to have a ‘clean’ feel to it, in terms of design.
