ON SINGLE-SERVE BRANDING
Though repeat business is incredibly gratifying, what happens when you’re asked to pitch against your own work? Having created the initial brand and site for Arcadia years earlier, the primary concern here was to remain objective. The company had evolved, and it was time for the brand to follow suit.
It’s a tricky process explaining to a satisfied client why changes are necessary. This is not to say that this was a radical rebrand, but more of an evolution based on what had proven to work. It’s a matter of reasoning; take what works, and improve the rest.
The brand was tuned to match the new focus of the company. Arcadia’s new site was built from the ground up as a powerful and comprehensive business solution designed to grow with the company while building a community with a blog that shares industry insights.
