Antalis Singapore 2013 Red Packets

A red packet done to showcase “ArjoWiggins’” Curious Metallic paper in a different light. With 2013 being the year of the Water Snake, the red packet was designed to be formless like a body of water and mesmerizing as the scale patterns found on a snake. An isometric triangle grid was used as a base which was then scored to allow it to be folded into any shape. A few triangles were then die-cut out to reveal a secondary colour beneath. Following on, an additional layer of printing was used to create subtly different hues of gold and red. Finally, a gradient hot stamping was use for the traditional Lunar New Year greeting in Mandarin.
