This was additional photography for Andy Lifschutz Jewelry for a Fab.com sale. Andy had asked Jeremy Kirby Photography to come up with a new perspective of how to photograph his creations.
I saw Andy's jewelry as beautiful sculptures and felt that the best way to attack this project was to treat each piece as artwork. All of Andy's work takes on a whole new life from every angle, so the goal was to capture images that didn't rob each piece of it's glory and to leave the viewer feeling awe inspired!
360 degree shots were taken of each piece. However due to sale requirements we chose three angles of each piece of jewelry that we felt delivered the most information and left us ready to click "add to cart!" We have plans to utilize the full 360 degree images in a future implementation for his website.
Every now and then a client comes along that really jives just right. Andy is definitely fitting the bill! I really enjoy photographing his work and do my best to capture each creation as it should be; No gimmicks just raw beauty. Read Less
