    Brand identity

  • Amélie Péquignot
is a commercial development strategies consultant, based in London. Her company harnesses an extensive international media and business executive network to aid organisations in attaining their development goals through tailor-made, cost-effective communication strategies.

  • Amélie
Péquignot had a define and straight forward brief as she only wanted a black and white identity and already focused on a triangular shape as a main graphical element for her logo.

I immediately felt there was an inspiring relation between the first letter of her name and the elementary triangle shape. It was instantly obvious to me that any capital
A letter is holding a triangle as its constituent element. The triangle shape and the letter is then the same element and it was important to reveal each of them with a subtle contrast.

Amélie Péquignot identity is set up using Scala typeface designed by Martin Majoor in 1990.

Stationery is printed using only one single solid black ink and the letter A outlining the triangle symbol is printed using a uv varnish.
