  • Identity trademark design, created for a tourism agency from Nogoyá, Entre Ríos, Argentina. The client’s instructions were to achieve an esthetic identity which looked classic and formal.
    The first stage of the process was the “naming” phase, in which, conjointly with our client, we chose to associate his surname to the concept of reliability.
    At the same time, we developed a solid concept on which we could base our design, since this allows for a more fluent relationship between the design itself and what it communicates.
    Considering these premises, we aimed at economizing resources and maximizing their utility.
    After a process of experimentation and concept development, we believe that the typographic type choice for the make was sensible and accurate. After that, we wanted to play with the contrast between a rustic material as support and a copper-colored ink as the principal tint in the palette. This combination results in a sober and elegant piece of design.

    We would like to highlight the choices we made concerning materiality and printing techniques. From the concept gestation period to the whole design development process, we were aware of how these choices would be applied on every element in the system, and how these would be produced.
    To achieve optimal results, we knew that all of these choices must be premeditated and meticulously conceived. This is one of the essential principles which define our identity as a design studio.
