I worked with an art director, an engineer, and an information architect from within our User Experience (UX) Group at Ally Financial to develop a Monthly Payment Calculator for the auto financing section of the Ally.com website. The calculator tells the user how much a particular vehicle will cost to own or lease per month, as well as what incentives are available. It also connects to a credit application should the user wish to apply for credit online to purchase the vehicle they researched on this calculator.
I was responsible for helping determine the flow of the user experience and for writing all copy content.
Parameters of the project included requirements from our legal department, technical restrictions, and considerations from the Ally auto loan department.
The Monthly Payment Calculator launches from the Auto Financing section of the Ally.com website.

The user may also start their search by inputting a price. This allows the user to search only those vehicles that fall within their budget.
