A leader in customer-driven care, the group of 8 hospitals and 44 clinics were looking for a unified message that would suit their mission. A high-touch over high-tech communications strategy complemented their personalized care. The coordinated campaign related health to peoples' everyday lives — skipping clinical settings, in favor of relatable moments. The result was a successful campaign that placed the consumer at the center of the story — just as Alegent places the patient at the center of everything they do.
