Our task is to design an “exciting” new campaign to create high interest among target. Entice them to come and experience Zoo Negara (again).
Me and three of my classmate work as a team to come out with the campaign called “Get Closer” based on the “cageless” concept of Zoo Negara.
We used to thought that animal’s eyesight is just the same as the human eyesight but they are not. Hence,
we are using this interesting fact of the eye pattern and the sight vision of different species of animals to grab
the attention of our target audience.

Firstly, we release a series of teaser by just showing a close up on different species of animal’s eye with the tagline “Get Closer” to create a curiosity for the audience to guess what is it and why “Get Closer”.
After that, we will be revealing the animal of the particular eye and send out the message that Zoo Negara is now cageless which you can get closer with the animals.

To enhance the exposure and curiosity we continuously showing our “eye” poster on Newspaper and also on mega TV to reach our target audience.
Lenticular
Same element have been used on the lenticular whereby the close up of different animals’ eye keep on moving until someone passby the sensor, the lenticular will change and reveal the particular animal and the message of Zoo Negara is now cageless.

Photo Booth & Smartphone Application
A photo booth and smartphone application is realeased as for the audiences to take photo with different animals’ eyesight. This not only have a fun interaction with our target audience but also to educate people that how amazing and unique different animal see things.

Internet advertisment
Buying up a website advertising space whereby when people click on the animal's eye, it will change your screen into that particular animal's eyesight.

3D Mapping, Face painted promoter & Door Give(balloon)
Finally, a 3D mapping is projected on Pavillion, KL on the launching day showing all the close up animals’ eye and revealing it. On the spot we also have model with animals’s face painting giving out balloon with animals’ eye ball to promote Zoo Negara.
