During 2013 Oct - Dec I was luckily commissioned by Bandui Lab to design a LED poncho for an action figure "Adelita" which is a symbol, or a movement of women who joined the Mexico Revolution (1910-1920), the story is from a Mexican folk song called "La Adelita".
Bandui Lab is an art toy/animation/community art studio base in Oaxaca, they go to Aztec village to coach farmers and workers to use existed skill to produce toys based on the local folk and legend, then coach them to start physical store and exhibitions, the economic condition of those villages are usually difficult and this project helps them to have second career.
