Actors for Autism is a small and local non-profit organization. However, because of the minimal amount of exposure, there are not enough funds for run the programs on a larger scale, and not enough volunteer to help. To bring in more supports and raise more funds, Actors for Autism could put on performances in public. This would help increase exposure for the organization. It’s also a great way to raise more funds. The performances would also help members to develop better social skill, and it’s a great way to advocate, bring awareness, and change people perception about autism for the better.

The strategy is to inform people about the Christmas Concert from various touch points. As for shop owners, a media kit is to send out to seek their supports and donations. Posters and parking lot banners are used as the main form of advertising. A formal invitation and appreciation gift are needed to ensure that our target audience, shoppers with high-income at high-end shopping center, feel appreciated.
