- The concept was based on a cattle auction, all transactions for livestock are handled by using a ‘ticksheet’ which details all the essential cattle info such as age, weight etc. The cattle is then auctioned off using a chalkboard to note the highest bidders. I aimed to recreate this tried and tested method by using similar imagery for all the collateral. I also created a 'tailor your steak' menu, in which customers can order their steak to perfection by selecting how they want their cut cooked, and any other sides.
