Abbey Medieval Festival 2012
- 2012 Medieval Festival
The Abbey, Caboolture, Qld - I attended this annual festival held at the Abbey near Caboolture just off the Bribie Island Road. While it took me about an hour to get from home in Forest Lake, about 90 kms, it took me another half hour just to enter the site because of the traffic from the main road 5 kms away! Moreover, it took me yet another hour from the time I parked up to actually presenting my pre-paid ticket to see all the attractions. It was well worth it though. Here are some of the sights I encountered during my time there.
