Creating a brand from scratch - the topic about which we are in our
AVELIER is the Real Estate Investment House, which specializes
in an unusual high–class architecture.
We began work with the analysis of brief. Professional and clear
presentation of the brand vision allowed us to quickly extract the most
important features and design assumptions. Therefore, we proceeded to
the first phase – the creation of the brand name.
Several dozen litres of coffee, tonnes of dictionaries, a play on
words, associations, letters... regular confrontation of ideas with the
guidelines of brief and Google, to create a unique and semantic name
with the full range of domains (.pl / .com /.eu).
Result = AVELIER - the name that is a combination of words:
AVERE (from Italian - 'property, to have') and ATELIER (a place for creative work).
for the next phase - the logo.
The minimalist, monochrome symbol,
combining the most important assumptions of the brand, was complemented
by individually tailored, modern typography with a subtle, classic
Corporate materials? Of course!
We decided to develop the symbol of
logo in corporate identity, creating a distinctive pattern on
letterhead, additionally enriched with the bold colour of 'lime'.
As a complement to the entire process of building brand ID, we made
the website and in the meantime in cooperation with PIXELPRO, we created
a visualization of the company's latest investment - a building CITY
CORNER by AVELIER.
