ATAMAN is a clothing brand created by Ksenia Oganesyan — talented designer from Moscow.
The task was to create name, logo and branding concept.
Inspired by raw materials and strict silhouettes of the collection we described customers of the brand as "girlfriend of a viking". Client's name proposal was ATAMAN (leader, general) which we thought was great. As a base for graphic style we chose nordic runes. We made up 3 runes which depicted hut—roots, fire—energy, knot— firmness and united them in one, to become a logo for ATMAN brand.
