MAKING OF ARCHETYPES
Each piece in this series was designed to support, protect, or embellish the the jig that created the forms initially. The timeline for each piece was two to four weeks. All of the work was done by hand. All of the walnut was sourced from one tree.
Making components for "Trickle-Down"
All of the wooden components were cut down from 2" boards to 1/4"x1/4"
"Capital A"'s jig expanded from the middle offering the ability to make each subsequent component wider
The making of one of the jigs for "Infra"
"Vessel", as well as the other pieces in the series, can be packed flat
