Alda Underwater

Alda is a tech company that specialises in innovation for scuba diving equipment. As a new company working in underwater technology they required a new logo in order to advertise their brand and put forward promotional materials. Furthermore, the company was looking to advertise its novel product, the Alda 493 underwater torch.
In order to emphasise the company’s name, a considered approach was taken towards the logo’s typography. Therefore, the final logo design was done so by taking the name of the company, Alda, and transforming it into the familiar and relevant icon of a scuba diving oxygen tank.
A specific and ocean-inspired colour palette was also introduced in a camouflage pattern to give the logo energy and put forward the experience of being underwater.
