The sleeve ad is a synergy between Starbucks and UNIQLO. An image of the model is printed on the cup and can be “dressed” by three different outfits on the coffee sleeves. It gives off the impression of dressing the model and combines the conservative, calm image of Starbucks, with the young, and energetic UNIQLO. Short-term promotion can be done by providing a discount coupon for UNIQLO with each purchased drink at Starbucks. In the same way, UNIQLO can give out drink vouchers for Starbucks to their customers.
