ACB - Asia Commercial Bank in Vietnam, established in 1993. They came to us with a problem in website system:
1- The content is so messy. The whole page is full of words. Some contents overlap each other.
2- The design is too out of date.
3- Customers engagement is weak. There is a lack of users' convenience.
The need and want of ACB about their new website's interface are:
1- It has to be new and neat in design and data organization
2- How can it improve usability and gain user experience? Make it most comfortable for ACB customers
3- How can it be a effective selling tool that can supports marketing purpose.
Creative Bay proposes two new looks for ACB with an ambition that ACB will be the first bank in Vietnam having a completely future-forward finished look and design, consistent in term of brand, enhance the usability.
