Make it vibrant was the design brief.

These are the live broadcast graphics I designed for ABC as a part of the news relaunch in July 2010. The entire shows where initially storyboarded with Adobe Photoshop and Pages while the end product was created using WeatherOne Viking.

All animated icons were designed using Illustrator and Photoshop then animated in a 1.5 second seamless loop in Flash, backgrounds were creating in both Photoshop and AE while the 3d Map was stylised in Photoshop and the end 3d displayed via Viking. Over 50 icons were created and a whooping 350+ Sequences/Timelines in Viking for the final product.

All icons, banner, Sequences and overall graphics were designed by myself while subject to approval of ABC, this I would have to say was one of my most favorite projects I've been a part of and am proud to be able to say this is my work that I was able to create for such an iconic brand.
