A perfect dress for work-related cocktail party

She tried the dress "Joanne". The black lace with beading at the waistline smooths the connection/separation between the black and white. The light pleating under the bust line and asymmetric gathering at hip gives extra accentuation to the natural body curve, a understated feminine touch.
