This is a series of renderings I did recently concerning a very large housing and mixed use project in the planning stages in San Francisco....Located in the Excelsior district near McLaren Park, this project would replace an existing neighborhood....The design work is by Van Meter Williams Pollack of San Francisco, with landscape design by Yves Rathle, also of San Francisco....I believe the project has cleared its EIR, and will be moving forward soon....
