IN JAPAN KATSUSANDO IS CONSIDERED A NATIONAL DISH OF THE GASTRONOMIC TRADITION.
IN MILAN, YOJI TOKUYOSHI INTERPRETS IT IN HIS WAY, HAVING ONCE AGAIN THE OBJECTIVE OF MODULATING A FUN AND ACCESSIBLE OFFER.
From the creator of the Bentoteca, the idea of the Katsusanderia was born, a service of Japanese take-away dishes. For this project I created, together with the illustrator Ester Zirilli, all the communication of the logo, the colors, the typography, the packaging, the t-shirts, up to the preparation of the stands.
