Sourdough Bakery, located in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. The concept of Small Factory comes from the union of duality between factory x studio; industrial-scale production and manual production. The identity has the craft aesthetic - lettering and pattern are handmade. In the physical store, the concept is represented by the structure, materials, textures and lighting.
