One of the first changes I made when I came to Mountain Home was scientific poster development and printing. Prior to my arrival, we paid a significant amount for the graphic design and printing of these posters meant for conferences and seminars. After a cost-benefit analysis was completed, we moved the design and printing in house and saved several thousands of dollars immediately. Since then, I continue to provide this service in house.
