Apartment complex Wellton Dance
The task included creating a brand platform, name, logo, general slogan, corporate identity and advertising campaign for the residential complex of business + class apartments as part of the Wellton Park residential quarter. The building consists of a two-story basement, which will house a modern dance school and the main volume, which is a cube of an original shape. The dance school served as a starting point in deciding the name of the complex. Wellton Dancer is a name that fully reflects the style of the building and fits perfectly into the general context of the quarter, modern and dynamically developing. Home for energetic, ideological and people seeking a path to self-development. The discreet color palette of the brand makes it recognizable and alluring. A clean and minimalistic logo puts a confident graphic dominance in all the image media of the brand.

Задача включала в себя создание платформы бренда, название, логотип, генеральный слоган, фирменный стиль и рекламную кампанию для жилого комплекса апартаментов класса бизнес + в рамках жилого квартала Wellton Park. Здание состоит из двухэтажного цоколя, в котором будет располагаться современная танцевальная школа и основного объема, представляющего собой куб оригинальной формы. Танцевальная школа послужила отправной точкой в решении названия комплекса. Wellton Dancer - имя, полностью отражающее стиль здания и отлично вписывающееся в общий контекст квартала, современного и динамично развивающегося. Дом для энергичных, идейных и ищущих путь к саморазвитию людей. Сдержанная цветовая палитра бренда делает его узнаваемым и манящим.
