This is a project from second semester in School of Design in Zagreb, which was realized in collaboration with factory that produces products of plexiglass. The main goals were to make a product that will be cheap in production, easy and quick to make and with as
less as possible material waste.
Tuck Me In is a practical shelf that tucked on the edge of the bed replaces large nightstands. Its purpose is to save space. There is a provided space for glass and book, but the remaining space can also be used to put off other minor things like cell phone or handkerchief. It is portable and can be easily tailored by almost every bed.
It's made of plexiglass which allows minor customizations by stretching. It is ideal for dorms and motels because it is cheap, simple to handle, and it fits even a bunk bed. It will also fit perfectly in any other bedroom.
