This special vehicle was built on a Volvo FE 4x2 (truck) chassis, with capacity for 34 seats or 9 wheelchairs and designed specifically for difficult access roads and tight corners in populated areas.
The front design was developed to give the bus look to a vehicle designed on a truck chassis, making it more appealing for passenger service, while allowing a wide opening of all its parts to easily access the mechanical components.
Once completed, the prototype vehicle was delivered and tested in Funchal at Madeira Island, Portugal.
