Intended to aid US shippers, Opus9 is an in-depth platform linking transportation with technology, connecting shippers with carriers to help increase efficiency and communication.
How does it help out though? Thanks to that linking and connection, it reduces the manual tedium of managing shipment, payment documents, and tracking, all in one easy-to-use, multi-functional platform. The company first started out with a platform that only operated the automated billing of contracted carriers — they needed a major expansion to help out with adding non-contracted carriers, making overall management easier, live tracking, extended quoting, and more.
What they got from us was that and more, letting users easily build partnerships with trusted carriers, having constant supervision over the status of all shipments, easy access to customer, vendor, and carrier contacts, along with digitised documentation. We are very proud to have worked on such a large, complex project. After many months of careful research, the platform went live!
