A successful entrepreneur for close to two decades, Suneet Singal has interests in real estate, finance, and strategic corporate restructuring. Suneet Singal serves as the chairman and CEO of First Capital Real Estate Trust, a real estate investment trust.
In 2018, First Capital Real Estate Trust made changes to strengthen its finance and accounting teams. The first was to hire Jeffrey Zomback as its CFO. Mr. Zomback was appointed in September 2018. Before his new role at First Capital, he was the head of Paramount Group Inc.’s treasury department, and before that he served as executive director at publicly-traded W.P. Carey Inc. He has also directed American International Group’s treasury operations. A certified public accountant, Mr. Zomback holds an accounting degree from Binghamton University and an MBA from Fordham University.
In addition to appointing Mr. Zomback, First Capital retained Turner, Stone, and Company as its public accounting firm. The firm was appointed in place of MaloneBailey LLP, which was First Capital’s accounting firm for the previous three years.
