Mystic Moon Pale Ale 6 Pack of Beer

Mystic Moon Pale Ale 6 Pack of Beer: I was prompted to create a brand for a 6 pack of either beer, soda, tea, etc. I wanted to do a beer, specifically a pale ale, that had a mystical, unique quality. I wanted the design to be unique and different than other designs of beers and ciders I have seen in stores. With this idea in mind, I wanted to have an overall theme that could link them all together but still have something that gave each bottle a unique quality. I began to think of moons and how each moon phase is unique in its own way and tells its own story, yet they all are incorporated together. In conclusion, I came up with the idea for Mystic Moon Brewing Company, where each beer represents a moon phase and is unified in a mystic quality. Each design element and overall color scheme provide a mystic, outdoor quality to the beer and packaging, so it seems that you are actually outside, looking at the mystic qualities of the moon and enjoying a beer of course.

Since each beer represents its own moon phase, each bottle has the specific moon on the bottle cap and the neck of the bottle. In addition, the flavor of each beer corresponds to the specific moon phase. For example, the one featured below is "Tension", and it corresponds to the Full Moon. I designed my labels to be wrap around, so I would have a little more room. On the label, I put a little more information about the flavor and how it corresponds to the moon phase in terms of mood, spiritually, etc. You can see it in the last image I uploaded of my wrap around label. In addition, I put a brief sentence about the brewery and its location. The wrap around label is a die cut of mountain peaks and outlined with the pine trees on the bottom to correspond with the 6 pack container.

On the side of the 6 pack container, I showed the moon phases to illustrate my idea rather than putting words to explain. Below each moon is the flavor of each beer.
