So, here is Bender, one of the several character from the animated series Futurama. Does his pose make you think of somebody else?

Flounder, the best friend of Ariel, the Disney little mermaid.
Here is one of our favourite happy childhood character: Flounder! Known as Polochon in the french version of "The Little Mermaid" created by Walt Disney in 1989. The composition of the picture should make you remember of something else...
Buzz Lightyear, from Toy's Story.
This character, created by Pixar for the Disney movie "Toy's story", which was released in 1995, is a tribute to a celebrity. Do you know who?
The "Vault boy", form the game series Fallout.
The mascot of my beloved game series, the Vault Boy. A little character created for the Video-game "Fallout", to explain and illustrates each rules of this open-world. The first opus was released in 1997, by Black isle.
Joris, from the movie "Dofus, chapter one: Julith".
The last character I chose for the challenge was Joris. He's the main character from the movie Dofus, livre 1: Julith, made by Ankama in 2016.

Bender as Robocop (2)!
You may be recognize the poster of Robocop 2. Which has been my favourite #Robocop when I was younger (the death of Murphy was too sad for me!), until I re-discover the first movie. Did you know Robocop has joined the fighters of the Mortal Kombat on the "Mortal Kombat 11: aftermath" ?
Mr Poopybutthole as Marty Mcfly in "Back to the futur" !
Mr Poopy Butthole refers here to Marty Mcfly, the main character of my beloved film series #BackToTheFuture ! This movies obviously inspired the animated serie #RickAndMorty wich features Mr PoopyButthole which refers here to Marty Mcfly, the main character of my belov........
Flounder as the Shark in "Jaws" !
Here, Flounder is presented as the big bad shark hunting Martin Brody in #Jaws. Those two fishes have a diametrically opposed role, and I found funny to make a comparison between them. Surprisingly, it gives to my illustration a new meaning.
Buzz Lightyear as Buzz Aldrin in "First man" !
Those two characters are both cosmonaut indeed, but did you know the full name of the Pixar spaceman was Buzz Aldrin Lightyear, as a tribute to Buzz Aldrin? This big guy was one of the three pioneers of the Appolo 11 mission, walking on the moon.
Vault Boy as Max in "MadMax" !
Fallout is one of the best game I played as teenager, I felt in love with this post-nuclear-apocalyptic world, but that's only one year later I discovered Mad Max from which it was inspired (featuring Mel Gibson youngster).
Joris as Pinocchio in... "Pinocchio" !
And the last, but not the least: Pinocchio!
The reference is maybe less obvious for this one, but the Character design of Joris (from the movie Dofus) has always make me think of Pinoccio. Maybe because of his nose? His shorts? Or his adoption by an old man? I don't know... ;)
