The collaboration started long before the build to help define some aesthetic and technical aspects of this exclusive Housing Development just outside of Lisbon, Portugal.
With the wide range of technical solutions available, it was possible for the client to see the development of the houses along the terrain's natural hill and predict how the shading occurs on each balcony throughout the day.
In addition, the materials were also defined thanks to a series of virtual tests, which allowed them to see how the combination would work on a repetitive scenario and with the surrounding environment.
All the selected vegetation was positioned accordingly with the client's choice, and by taking advantage of the know-how and tools, it was possible to design from scratch the pool area and the internal paths to match the client's vision.
"At night it looks even more private and exclusive."
The interior its supposed to reflect a natural comfort and also exclusive, while it should highlight the natural sunlight from the windows in every room, just like "real life canvas".
