PRE-FLIGHT SNACK
W.B.Samson is one of the oldest bakeries in Oslo, Norway and a client of ours for the last 5 years. When they were given the opportunity to establish a bakery in the main hall of Oslo Airport Gardermoen we realized this was an opportunity to flaunt all we have been working on together for the last few years.
In addition to the nice and cosy cafe atmosphere we dedided to install a 600kg stone oven and all the necessary appliencis making it the first fully operational "airport" bakery in northren Europe.
