Timer
The change of the living environment made the general level of our eye level became higher. The fan’s head needed to be placed higher, and users wanted to check the status of the fan from the distance. The mechanical type of fan was a big handicap for design, because of the big timer. It was difficult to replace the big timer due to real problems such as minimum quantity for new parts, and the cost of manufacture. We tried to think again about the part in the positive vision of ‘an indication of time’, ‘a large clock’.

Clamp Lever
The height can be adjusted with the metal decoration part, so the visible pipe can be recognized as luxurious material. The button part’s size was reduced as minimum size, so the bulky image of the control part becomes sharper and fancy. The existing adjust was bulky screw type, so we adopted the clamp lever from bicycles. The adopted structure required many tests to make the users easily control the heights.
