Five Berry Smoothie
Ingredients (makes 2 pints)
1 pint cranberry and blueberry juice (no added sugar stuff)
1/2 pint no fat natural yoghurt
1 pint fresh or frozen berries (blackcurrants, blackberries & cherries)
handful of ice cubes
1/2 pint no fat natural yoghurt

Method
1. Blend all the ingredients together
