So when I thought of, "when you slide into a daydream's rabbit hole where do you travel," I just immediately thought about Alaska. It’s my most favorite place in the world, it was the last place I was able to go on vacation with my dad, so it just holds an incredibly special place in my heart. These beautiful landscapes and animals are something that I've really wanted to create but I haven’t really had the chance to because it feels like everything in art has to be so deep and I was really happy that this could be more surface-level. The only goal I had was to make them tie together within color palettes and this process was a bit lengthier than I imagined but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
