Beyond the visual
The project based on kinetic paper engeneerings, folding, optical art and patterns, as well as, pop-up cut outs.
The main idea of the project is to show the debate between science and art as well as unconcious power of colour, line and rhythm.
It was amazing possibility to investigate paper features as a material.
Kinetic posters. As you fold them in half the cut out object in the center of the poster starts twisting. In this way, it makes an illusion and movement with lines.
Six booklets based on pop-up cut outs and optical art patterning. This is the informational bit of project.
The poster which involves every field with I investigated in the project. Shows us unconcious power and movement of colour, lines and rhtyhmic. It is twisting around!
