Casas for CASA is a fundraiser designed to increase public awareness of the good that Court Appointed Special Advocate Association (CASA) does in advocating for the safe placement of children in stable and welcoming homes. Using community volunteers, CASA serves to help children in the court system who may have suffered abuse or neglect by giving voice to their needs.

Now in it’s 26th year, The Casas for CASA fundraiser is currently scheduled to begin on July 19, 2020, with CASA Fiesta, featuring great Mexican food, music, and silent auction bidding opportunities. Then, from July 24th through August 16th, the Mall of Louisiana will display a beautiful, luxurious playhouse to be raffled off. For just $5 per ticket, one lucky winner can have the dream playhouse delivered to his or her home within a 60-mile radius of the mall.

Event sponsorships and silent auction items round out the charitable event. For more information, please contact Amanda Desormeaux at adesormeaux@casabr.org, or call (225) 379-8598.
