We looked at packaging solutions and noticed especially one packaging in the fashion-industry which stood out a little extra in our eyes, premium watch boxes.

We thought that this seemed very interesting so we did some deeper research and every package for watches we looked at had some lack of sustainability, there were boxes made completely of material such as plastic, wood and metal. Even if we did found some boxes made of paper they all had some piece of plastic or metal in the sides, lid or bottom to be more stable.

After that research we were sure that our project would be that we were going to develop a sustainable watch box made just out of paper but still achieve that premium, solid feeling.
