Radiation came and changed a lot. The last villagers live as in another reality, but it doesn’t seem to be as gloomy as it might appear.
This film consists of stories and songs. They are all about villagers’ lives earlier and nowadays. Many of them live in decay, remotely, in areas, which are polluted with radiation. However, it doesn't prevent them from making fun of the most serious things.
1 blin is based on the field recordings and shots made during Krasnapolle exedition (2019) of Students' Ethnographic Association. The documentary materials were filmed in 6 days in a dozen of villages in Eastern Belarus, just a few kilomiters away from the Russian border.
