This is a hardback book I made for a typography class. The entire novel is printed with a custom layout design and hand bound together. This project allowed me to play with typography and illustration - I wanted to give a modern take on a classical novel, creating a design that engages with the story. I learned a lot about bookbinding, typography, and layout through this project and thoroughly enjoyed the process, discovering my love for book design.
