Asian egg with paprika
Side dish for one person.
- Olive oil
- Two small garlic bulbs
- One chili pepper
- Celery
- 0,5 el Fish saus
Mexican Bean Salad
Sidedish for one person
- One can black beans
- Three tea spoons peanut
- Two spoons oatmeal
- 1/4 grated onion
- 1/4 chili papper
- 1/4 coriander
- 1/4 cumin
- Grated lime peel
- Olive oil
- paprika powder
- flour
- Hamburger bread
- avocado
Agua Fresca
- 16 cups of seedless watermelon chunks (~ 1 small watermelon)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar 
- Juice of one lime
- 1 Tbl of finely chopped mint 
Swedish Blueberry Drink
Smoothie
- 3 TBL Sugar
- 1 Lemon, Juiced
- 1 TBL Potato Starch
- 2 Cups Bilberries or Blueberries
 
 
Mexican Horchata
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 4 cups hot water ( do we want to show hot water in pot or just use the elec. kettle?)
- 1 large toasted cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¾ can sweetened condensed milk (10 oz)
- 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
- zest of ½ lime
